Hi! It's nice to meet you.

I'm Dr. Jason Plotsky and I've been helping people achieve their health goals since 2003. 

Early in my chiropractic practice, I learned that our bodies are complex and that optimal health comes from addressing root causes instead of treating symptoms. 

As a wellness retreat and workshop facilitator, high-performance coach, and corporate speaker, I love teaching people how their bodies work and how to keep them healthy. It's empowering to know how much we can do to improve our own health.

I am a father to three young boys, a business owner, and a hockey/baseball coach, so I understand how hectic life can be. Our health doesn't need to be as time-consuming or as complicated as it is made out to be. It just comes back to establishing small, simple habits and doing them consistently. As a Certified High-Performance Coach, I'm here to help you identify those habits along the way!
