I'm Dr. Jason Plotsky and I've been helping people achieve their health goals since 2003. 

I learned early in my chiropractic practice that our bodies are complex and how optimal health comes from addressing root causes instead of treating symptoms. 

As a wellness retreat and workshop facilitator, high performance coach and corporate speaker, I love teaching people how their bodies work and how to keep them healthy. It's empowering to know how much we can do to improve our own health.

I am a father of three young boys, a business owner and a hockey/baseball coach so I understand how hectic life can be. Our health doesn't need to be as time consuming nor as complicated as it is made out to be... it just comes back to establishing small, simple habits and doing them consistently.
